Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Receptionist at The Law Office located in Cleveland, OH. As a Legal Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to the legal team. You will also schedule appointments and maintain office supplies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Legal experience preferred
- Pay is negotiable, depending on experience
