```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as assigned
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Transcribe notes, memos, and other documents as needed
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with order entry systems is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is desirable for medical receptionist positions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
