- Acting as first point of contact for visitors
- Communicating status updates to clients
- Scheduling
- Relaying updates to files
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
* Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
