Our office is currently looking for someone with your experience to join our team, as we are a small but expanding accounting office!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Below is some basic information regarding what we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform data entry tasks, such as inputting information into spreadsheets or databases
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other income tax-related field is a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer support and service
Bilingual: English and Spanish

Pay: $16.78 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
