Working Conditions
- Requires daily use of related software applications at a workstation for 6.5 to 7 hours perday.
- Requires working in an open cubicle in close proximity to co-workers.
- Requires ability to complete tasks that require reaching, bending, grasping, and making repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties, with or without reasonable accommodations and modifications to facilitate such tasks.

Department Information
The CRD receives, investigates conciliates, and initiates individual and systemic discrimination complaints in its five offices throughout California. CRD litigates individual, class, group and systemic cases in all California jurisdictions, including state and federal courts. It leads education and outreach efforts to stakeholders and the public, and has an active regulatory and legislative program.
Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview. However, upon job offer, candidates must provide proof of residence in California prior to their appointment becoming effective, or the offer may be rescinded.
This position will be located in our Elk Grove office.
