This position is located in the city of Long Beach.

COVID-19 Impacts to Working at DOR
DOR is closely monitoring the status of COVID-19 and ensuring our staff are supported in a safe work environment. While working on-site at any DOR facility, employees must follow current COVID-19 health orders issued by the California Department of Public Health or local health jurisdiction. DOR offers a hybrid work environment including in-office and remote work options for various positions.

Under the general supervision of the District Operation Support Manager and Supervising Program Technician II (SPTII), the Seasonal Clerk will assist in performing the duties related to the processing and maintenance of invoicing.

The Seasonal Clerk will assist the SPTII, DOS Manager and Accounting directed DOS staff to process, audit, post and scan invoices directed by the SPTII.

Working Conditions

Seasonal Clerks are not allowed to work more than 1500 hours in a calendar year. The anticipated time worked will be 20 - 30 hours per week. If selected, the employee will receive an hourly compensation based on the number of hours worked.
