A solar Scheduling Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling installation dates for projects while keeping customers and team members informed during each step of the install process. They coordinate with the service, operations, and account manager teams to provide collaboration within the organization. Additionally, the Scheduling Project coordinator communicates with clients to ensure excellent customer service and also handle customer needs, should any issues arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during the solar installation process.
- Follow daily/weekly agenda to ensure task completion and the project continues moving
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. (Answer phone/emails)
- Examine project plans to ensure they correspond with material procurement team and customer requests.
- Communicate and provide prompt and timely updates in the organization pipeline/CRM
- Oversee creation of bill of materials for each project, site capture (photograph platform), and other project requirements
- Maintain printed copies of required documents for each installation job (completed weekly)
- Assist in managing and maintaining additional requirements needed for installation
- Other tasks as required
**Position is temporary (5 months or so), with option for continued work afterwards depending on other openings that may or may not be needed.
