Account Manager/Project Coordinator

Agnoli Sign manufactures and installs commercial signs of all kinds, from interior branding and identification to channel letters and large pylons.

The sign industry involves a unique blend of advertising, art, manufacturing, and construction. Since every project is custom, the right individual can bring their own creativity and problem-solving skills to each challenge, ensuring the customer gets the most effective sign to showcase their business.

The account manager takes a comprehensive approach to developing and managing projects. They carry the responsibility of making decisions and taking actions that lead to successful outcomes; getting projects proposed and approved so signs can be fabricated and installed as efficiently and expertly as possible.

Job description:

With initial guidance from sales manager, develop, coordinate and manage signage projects from customer request through billing.

Assess customer requests and expectations, and make recommendations for signage to best meet objectives within the constraints of existing conditions and budgets.

Perform code checks to research town zoning and building requirements for signage.

Perform site surveys, taking complete measurements and photographs of all details in order to accurately develop signage proposals and production / installation plans.

Work with internal departments (and occasionally, subcontractors) to manage project details and timelines for all stages: design, permitting, estimating, manufacture & installation.

Communicate with all involved parties to keep projects running on time and on budget, responding to and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date, organized, and detailed files on all project information in job tracking software and company files.

Requirements:

Previous project management, technical/construction experience

Previous sign or construction industry experience preferred

Ability to read building elevations

Ability to use email, Microsoft Office, and to learn sign job management software

Ability to assess projects and situations to identify needs, risks, and best approach

Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and juggle multiple projects and deadlines, pushing forward to each next milestone

Ability to listen/understand and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Ability to foster excellent customer relationships

Professional attitude, demeanor & dress

Must be assertive and tactful

Must be extremely detail oriented

Must be organized to keep track of all project information

Valid license and clean driving record

Pay range could be extended based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
