Our team of advertising and printing experts drive to promote a thriving partnership between local businesses and their clients. Through a variety of media and printing services, we help our clients communicate their passion and love to their customers.
We are looking for a motivated Production & Marketing Assistant to join the team!
As a Production & Marketing Assistant, you will help in the execution of various daily office tasks and take on creative projects. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to learn quickly, and eager to jump in!
Responsibilities of the job will include:
- Daily office tasks including maintaining office and filing papers
- Answering phone calls, emails and working with occasional walk-in customers
- Maintaining organization of documents
- Data entry
- Orchestrating daily tasks including submitting commercials to medias
- Scheduling meetings as requested
- Assisting with script writing, editing and other production tasks as needed
- Creating compelling content & Marketing materials
- Assisting with developing and maintaining creative

Job schedule (approx): Monday- Thursday: 9am-3pm / Friday 9a-1p
