Scheduling Coordinator

Rapidly growing, multimillion-dollar residential window and door company looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator immediately. This position co-reports to the organization's Production Senior Managers. We are searching for an individual who wants to grow and advance in our organization.

Immediate responsibilities to include, but not be limited by:

• Managing the coordination and scheduling of installations of windows and sliding glass/French doors in multiple communities across southeast/south central Florida for 7-10 installation crews daily
• Liaising via phone, text and email with corporate builder field personnel, installation crews, and office personnel
• Reviewing, modifying, and utilizing job site Excel data workbooks containing lot specific window and door information
• Monitoring tasks reported on the Company's builder platform, including requests for install, checking off as complete, reading/acknowledging notes, etc.
• Serving as co-pilot in rollout and implementation of Company's new field project management software
• Coordinating with warehouse personnel for preparation of install paperwork and staging of materials for installer pickup
• Support Production Senior Managers in other capacities, such as preparing files/folders, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in job scheduling a MUST
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel software a MUST
• Previous experience in construction, particularly windows and doors, highly desirable
• Self-motivation, go-getter attitude
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Team player, ability to learn and adopt Company tools and practices and envision areas for improvement/new initiatives
• Punctuality and flexibility
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus

Hours are M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm.
