- Provide manpower coverage for all overtime, call-offs, vacation days, etc.
- Schedule, cover & track all vacations – weekly and daily and components of attendance
- Provide all production and maintenance manpower scheduling for multiple departments and varying work schedules
- Support plant and departmental efforts to reduce/remove overtime
- Work with production planning to identify manpower schedule needs
- Communicate regularly with shift supervisors and other department leaders
- Track and communicate staffing numbers daily/weekly
- Manage contractual shift preferences, job qualifications, and vacation allotments
- Knowledgeable of and compliant with production line staffing requirements and current labor agreement
- Other duties as related to the scheduling, as assigned
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,000 - $57,400 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Associate’s Degree
- Background in administrative work preferred
- Ability/Flexibility to work non-standard hours (nights and weekends)
- Customer-service mindset; approachable & eager to help others
- Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence
- Self-starter with good organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to lead and complete projects as assigned
- Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel, Access, etc.
