SalaryKing Orthodontics is an office that specializes in orthodontics and has offices in both Danville and Saint Joseph, IL.
We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who possesses a professional, polished, outgoing personality and who is highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
Must have strong interpersonal skills verbal and nonverbal, along with substantial knowledge/prior training in customer services, as well as the ability to handle all aspects of appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering Phones/ Calling Patients and Dental Offices
- Scheduling Patient Appointments
- Collecting Payment for Services
- Coordinating Appointments around Dr. King's Schedule
- Chart pulling/filing
- Helping with infection control procedures in the office
*Proficiency in Word, Excel, Ortho2 is a plus*
Full-Time Position
Monday - Thursday, Wednesday we work 1/2 day in Danville and 1/2 day in St. Joseph.
Compensation rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
