Farrers Fire Protection is a fast-growing fire protection company that is seeking someone to join our administrative team. We are based out of Charlotte, NC and are currently servicing the great states of North Carolina and South Carolina.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Completing required paperwork for national accounts, submit inspections & testing results accurately and in a timely manner.
-Maintain the schedule daily. [Any new jobs added, rescheduling, cancellations]
- Providing customers with industry leading expertise and thoroughly discussing invoices, work orders , etc.
- Following up with customers on past due invoices.
- Responsible to be well organized, neat, and able to communicate well.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license [Clean Driving Record]
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Preferred
- Fire protection experience is preferred but training is provided to meet company standards.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable and comfortable using a laptop, Microsoft products, creating spreadsheets, etc.
- Excellent attendance and able to handle responsibility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
