SCOPE
The Administrative Specialist reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services. Providing these services will ensure that operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls determining what action will be needed.
- Create Work Orders and schedule service calls
- Maintain petty cash accounts and per diem distributions
- Maintain customer files and confidential monitoring files
- Maintain Work Order Log and Purchase Order Log
Enter remote bank deposits
- QuickBooks
- Posting customer payments and entering deposits Entering invoices after reconciling to purchase order log Answering customer questions regarding accounts Review all daily Security Central reports determining any potential customer maintenance issues.
- Oversee changes to customer monitoring account files
- Maintain general appearance of office
- Greet and assist visitors
- Perform other duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
