Basic Requirements.

• Ability to operate in an office environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks, including handling phone calls
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong ability to adapt and pivot swiftly to changes in customer and business requirements, with a high tolerance for stress and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Must exhibit a positive and motivated demeanor with excellent communication skills, demonstrating resilience and the capacity to maintain composure under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in crawl space or basement waterproofing is highly advantageous.
• Prior involvement in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in computer skills

More Specifics on Job Responsibilities:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include a diverse range of critical tasks, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of scheduling projects with the Scheduling Manager. Specific duties encompass:

• Work under the direction of the Scheduling manager to schedule work across all of Crawl Space Brothers multiple locations
• Receiving and triaging customer warranty calls.
• Ensuring the timely collection of outstanding customer balances.
• Scheduling inspections and managing the permit process.
• Providing top-notch customer support through both inbound and outbound communications.
• Coordinating with production managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure timely scheduling of warranty work.
• Offering administrative support to the Scheduling Manager.
• Ensuring office equipment is in working order, including scheduling maintenance.
• Following up with customers on various issues.
• Updating customer records for accuracy.
