Job Description
Screenmobile is looking for the right individual to oversee our scheduling team, manage the office, and drive operational efficiency. We are a locally owned small business that installs screen porches, window screens, screen doors, solar shades, and more. Our mission is to provide an amazing customer experience, one project at a time. It all starts with the first phone call in to our office which sets the tone for the entire project. Communication can make or break a project.
What we are looking for:
- Person must have a great attitude, be focused on customer service, very detail oriented, process driven, and have the ability to manage a small team of office personnel.
- Experience working for a construction or service business
- Experience utilizing scheduling software (jobber, method, QBs, servicetitan, housecallpro, buildertrend, etc.)
- Understand project work flows, product knowledge, approximate install timeframes, etc in order to communicate with customers, operations manager, and technicians.
- This role reports directly to the President/Owner

- Responsible for scheduling of all projects, rescheduling, warranty work, payments, invoicing, reporting, etc.
- Proficiency in our scheduling & operating system (Jobber, QuickBooks, Method)
- Communicate with customers clearly and effectively, provide a 5 star customer experience, create solutions when issues arise, and lead our customer service team
- Manage accounts receivable, collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed, process lien waivers, and other requirements to get paid by contractors.
- Navigate software by customer homebuilders to pull purchase orders, selections, schedule dates, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions (we're a small company)
- Responsible for operational efficiency and management of scheduling team.
- Previous experience in scheduling and team management - preferably with a Service Business or Construction Company
- Excellent customer service skills especially over the phone
- Problem solving skills/have common sense
