Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator is a key role in our organization and will be based in Tampa, FL. Your responsibilities will include scheduling Site Survey appointments, managing calendars, and scheduling installations. In addition, you may be given other assignments as directed by your Supervisor.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:

Qualifications:
- Ability to commute to Tampa FL, daily
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Scheduling experience or related office experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually as well as in a group setting
Job duties:
- Coordinate with the Operations Manger on calendar availability
- Confirm appointments with Customers
- Provide needed documentation for appointments
- Communicate effectively with the Design team to confirm project details
- Pull a variety of reports
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule additional appointments
- Manage PTO submission and approvals pipeline for the company
- Oversee completion of applications for interconnection with the utilities
- Ensure systems meet utility requirements and get approvals in a timely manner.
- Work in Enphase to design PV systems and Sites
- Provide Reporting and tracking timeline delays to management
- Adopt and roll out best practices for interconnection function
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting due to internal project managers.
