We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator for our team in Sanford, FL. The ideal candidate will have office experience as well as being proficient with computers and Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works with sales and customers to coordinate delivery and install schedules
- Ship Confirmation knowledge
- Works with loading dock and shipping office to coordinate last minute changes
- Installer Pay
- Labor RNI
- Detail oriented and organized
- Customer Service skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· 2+ years office environment
· Strong knowledge of Excel
· Proficient with computers
