Job Description:
As a Scheduling Coordinator at Florida Window Geeks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of installations and services with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and performing various office tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule installations and services efficiently, coordinating with customers and field personnel
• Manage and prioritize incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
