We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and compassionate person to join our orthodontic team as a scheduling coordinator. Responsibilities will include:
- Cheerfully answering the phones
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Checking out and scheduling patient appointments
- Sending out and responding to emails
- Help create/post engaging social media content (FB/Instagram)

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 Compensation is based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (Some Friday mornings for training)
Qualifications:
· Prior orthodontic/dental experience is not necessary - we value enthusiasm and a desire to learn over everything else! We are happy to offer training.
· Computer and phone skills are required.
Experience
- Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 3 year (Preferred)
- Dental or orthodontic experience: 1 year (Preferred)
