Currently, we are seeking a self-driven Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in the San Francisco Area. This is an IMMEDIATE job opening for our San Francisco office, the ideal candidate is a dynamic, high-energy, team player ready to join our team and hit the ground running \*\*\*This is not a hybrid or remote from Home Position\*\*\* Candidates will be required to work on-site. We are looking for someone that is willing to demonstrate exemplary performance in their ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and learn quickly. We are looking for a detail oriented individual, with an extremely pleasant demeanor who posses excellent communication skills along with being comfortable with handling a large call volume! As a Scheduling Intake Coordinator, you will perform clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations. These activities include coordination of clinician schedules with the patients wants and needs, processing intake information, and communication with referral sources.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain schedule for services requested and provided to agency patients
- Assist with intake
- Assure that cases are filled within established time frames
- Provide appropriate notification of schedule to employee, patient, supervisor, and others as appropriate
- Respond to emergency calls and arranges schedule accordingly
- Provide direction to direct care employees and communicate with supervisors as needed to assure safe and effective coverage of patient needs.
- Report any scheduling changes and/or client concerns to supervisor; notify client of changes.
- Verify time records with schedules
- Follow up with employee on scheduling problems encountered by the on-call staff
- Perform job in compliance with Agency policies and procedures
- Attend meetings and educational programs as required
- Accept responsibility for personal and professional development
- Perform other duties assigned
Why You'll Be Successful:
- Current scheduling/intake experience, preferably in Home Health
- Detail Oriented Individual with excellent communication skills
- Extremely pleasant on the Phone & comfortable with large call volumes
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction
