Initial Requirements:
- Active LVN or RN License
- BLS
- Physical (within 1 year)
- TB (within 1 year)
- Two Professional References
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently
- Assess vitals
