Per Diem Field RN Nurse *FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING*

The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Agency is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team for our Los Angeles Office, specifically covering Pasadena and surrounding areas! We are looking for a Registered Nurse who would be available to accept cases at least 3-4 days a week with the Per Diem status to choose their patient load, how to schedule their day, and what cities they can see patients!

Per Diem Employee Status – You have the flexibility to create your own schedule by providing your available days and areas of coverage. You choose which patients you can accept and get to plan your schedule for the day. Once a patient is accepted on your end, it is your responsibility to see that patient.

Can cover any or all the following areas:

• Pasadena, Altadena, Glendale, San Gabriel Valley, and any surrounding cities apart from those listed above

Minimum Requirements include:

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
• Must have minimum 1 year with a CA license in nursing as an RN
• Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Home Health Experience as an RN (1 year preferred)
• IV Experience/ IV insertion (preferred)
• Acute Care experience (preferred)
• Wound Vac experience (preferred)
• Experience in EMR software (preferred)

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse License in California
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Physical/TB from the last 6 months or sooner

Pay: $50.00 - $135.00 per hour
