SalaryThe Doctor’s Choice Home Health Agency is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our growing Home Health team in the Orange County Area.
The Ideal skilled nurse will be able to make visits within 10-30 miles distance from their home to the patient’s place of residence, in order to provide skilled care services as ordered by referring physician.

Minimum Requirements include:
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
- Must have minimum 1 year with a CA license in nursing as an RN
- IV Experience/ IV insertion (preferred)
- Acute Care/ Home Health experience (preferred)
- Wound Vac experience (preferred)
- Experience in EMR software (preferred)
- Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse in CA.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
- Physical/TB from within the last 6 months.

Pay: $50.00 - $135.00 per hour
