As a Scheduler Coordinator/ Office Assistant/ Receptionistat Utah Home Health and Hospice you will schedule patient services, coordinate with staff, provide clerical support, answer calls and help with daily administrative tasks. Job Description:
- Organize office and assist in ways that optimize procedures.
- Perform receptionist duties.
- Input patient data into the system accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule patient treatment sessions.
- Schedules and appropriately documents patient schedules in a timely manner.
- Provide effective communication to patient’s staff members, other healthcare professionals and referral sources.
- Receives/responds to, phone calls, emails, and other interactions.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Perform receptionist duties.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to be motivated with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently, demonstrating a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to display active listening and verbalize empathy while developing relationships with patients, guests and coworkers.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Needs to be personable, creative, and have great attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
