SalaryWe are looking for a warm, friendly, and experienced front office administration team member to join our well-established dental surgical multi-specialty practice. Our practice specializes in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and Dental Implantology, and we need someone who is passionate about helping patients and can multitask with ease. Needed skillset:
Dental front/administrative office experience is necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent people skills and be able to interact with others in a friendly and professional manner.
The ideal candidate also should have experience and expertise in scheduling and understanding treatment plans as they relate to periodontal, oral surgery, and implantology. The candidate must be detail-oriented and adept at multitasking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with great customer service skills. The candidate should have prior experience in scheduling patients.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the administrative department of either a dental or dental-specialty office is required.
