Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S4HANA FICO Solution Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Level:Associate Director
Location: San Bernardino, CA. Work from Home - Hybrid.
Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Role Summary:

• Proven multi-functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
• Superb communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
• Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
• Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to guide and manage a team of specialists in configuring the finance process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.
• Proven ability to work with multiple customers, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.

Role Qualifications:

• 15+ years' experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP FICO
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC Finance (GL, AP, AR, AM), profitability analysis, bank management and cost center accounting.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique Systems Integrator.
• Understands the integration with other key functions.
• Specifically seeking experience in the Retail industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to SAP real estate management and project systems is helpful.

The annual salary for this position is between $158,600-$186,100 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
