Job Title: eCommerce Solutions Specialist

Position Overview:
As an Ecommerce Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our ecommerce clientele, primarily focusing on Shopify. You will work closely with our development team to implement solutions that enhance the functionality, user experience, and performance of our online store. This role requires a strong understanding of Shopify's backend administration, product data management, and the ability to conceptualize and communicate effective frontend solutions for implementation.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Shopify's admin interface proficiently to manage product data, collections, and inventory.
Set up and maintain product and variant metafields to enhance product visibility, searchability, and organization.
Collaborate with developers to ideate and implement custom solutions and functionalities tailored to our business needs.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the ecommerce platform.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ecommerce and Shopify development.
Contribute to the optimization of the online shopping experience through continuous testing, analysis, and improvement.
Requirements:
Experience working with Shopify, including hands-on experience with the admin interface.
Proficiency in setting up and managing product data, collections, and metafields within Shopify.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
A passion for ecommerce and a desire to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
Familiarity with Shopify app configuration and customization.
Familiarity with Shopify APIs
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or providing technical support for ecommerce platforms.
Knowledge of basic SEO best practices and principles.
