Solution Architect, Siemens

Tesla's manufacturing and factory operations are growing and evolving rapidly around the world to ensure Tesla's growth and achieve the transition to a more sustainable future. The equipment design and manufacturing engineering teams are constantly innovating and solving complex engineering problems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Siemens Manufacturing Solution Architect for Tesla. As the Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing manufacturing solutions that align with Tesla's production processes and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Siemens technologies, manufacturing systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Tesla's and Siemens' product lines, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Proven track record for Teamcenter implementations in multi-national companies including all phases from blueprint, configuration, training to cut-over and post go-live support
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks e.g. Multi-PLM, Multi CAD and other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, MRO) to Teamcenter
• Working knowledge of NX Line Designer and Tecnomatix Process/Plant Simulate is a plus
• Experience with the configuration and/or customization of CAD/PLM systems based on solution design documents
• Experience in C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & SOA), BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML and Webservices and Active Workspace Configuration and declarative programming
• Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-Tier /4-Tier/ Web /Active Workspace/ Multi-CAD architecture
• Demonstrate leadership ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, be able to convince others
