Sap Logistics Billing Clerk - 2Nd Shift.

Local Warehouse looking for a 2nd Shift Billing Clerk to join their team! The Logistics Billing Clerk is responsible for invoices to and from our client's, verifying the shipping numbers found on the bill reports and creating purchase orders for movements throughout the warehouse. **These positions are only for 2nd shift, so the perfect candidate will be comfortable working in the evening and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
2ND SHIFT | TUESDAY-FRIDAY | 3:30PM - 2:00AM
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter orders into system for billing and delivery
Correct billing errors as necessary
Assist shipping department on an as needed basis???billing, checking, tagging, etc.
Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings
Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch
Answer incoming calls/emails as needed
Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer records
Properly check in at time of receiving the goods and supplies
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure packaging meets specifications
Help control inventory by following pick ticket rules and regulations
Deliver paperwork to inventory office in timely manner after issues
Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
Print and assess any changes in Dispatch Reports that may need expediting
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years SAP Experience
1-2 years of administrative experience
1-2 years billing logistics experience (warehouse field preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access), excellent Excel skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
