SalaryDuties Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Review billing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter billing data into the accounting system with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain documentation and records of billing activities.
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable communicating by phone & email.
- Solid understanding of basic math.
- Able to follow written instructions.
- Self motivated to complete tasks.
Education / Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- We will train for this position, but previous experience is helpful.
Standards:
- Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Must have good vision to read screens and paperwork (glasses and contacts allowed).
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Work scheduled shift and meet company attendance requirements.
- Perform the job safely; comply with company safety rules and procedures.
