Mazda of Clearwater is currently seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk in our accounting dept. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred, but will train.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and post all new and used car deals.
- Process JMA warranty statement and cancellations.
- Process dealer trades.
- Process all wholesales.
- Reconcile schedules and end of month reports.
- Problem resolution of account related issues
- Post manual journal entries and any other posting as required.
- Assist in other projects as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Automotive accounting experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reynolds dealership software experience preferred
- Prior Reynold and Reynolds experience in an automotive dealership highly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent work history
