Our client, a private research university in Boston, MA, is seeking an SAP Finance Coordinator to join their team for a 3-month contract! This will be a hybrid working schedule, ideally 2-3 days a week onsite in Boston (accessible by public transportation). The SAP Finance Coordinator will manage the daily accounting, payroll and human resource transactional processes for several departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manages daily financial and accounting transactional processes
- Update and distribute correspondence and spreadsheets
- Reconcile internal budget reports
- Assists the Financial Analyst in the management of the quarterly budget confirmation and year-end budget
- Oversees all HR and finance processes which includes personnel actions, monitoring reports and financial transactions
- Additional projects and responsibilities as needed
- Strong SAP experience
