ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR

Based in Boston, the Accounts Receivable Coordinatorwill be responsible for all customer invoicing and cash applications for Catapult Sports in the North America region. This role is a hybrid opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Review Sales Orders against contracts ensuring correct information is reflected.
  • Process customer invoices and credit memos through NetSuite ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain customer tax records through Avalara to ensure tax compliance across invoices and credit memos.
  • Process daily cash receipts through NetSuite, maintaining the Accounts Receivable ledger by customer.
  • Prepare daily deposits, including check, ACH, credit card and wires.
  • Research and process customer claims of invoice payment.
  • Research and process chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
  • Answer Accounts Receivable phone and email inquiries and provide follow-up.
  • Assist the collections team with ensuring payment is made in full on time in adherence with invoice terms.
  • Keep a record of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files and credit risks.

What You'll Need:
  • At least 2 years in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of accounting principles (income statement, balance sheet, general ledger, etc.)
  • Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP system a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and thorough knowledge of Excel
  • Desire and ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced & entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning customer files
  • Team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and a positive attitude
