Salon Receptionist

Drama Salon is seeking a charismatic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time front desk receptionist. Located in the heart of East Brunswick, Drama Salon is not just a salon; it's a destination where creativity meets beauty, and where our clients experience the transformative power of looking and feeling their best.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with retail sales, including recommending products and upselling
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Stock inventory and ensure supplies are readily available
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients, stylists, and other salon staff
- Manage time efficiently to ensure smooth operations of the salon

Qualifications:```
- Fluent in English

-Familiarity with salon or spa booking software
- Previous experience in salon sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products and services to clients
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
