We are hiring experienced Salon Receptionists with a minimum of 2 years experience in the salon industry. A professional, friendly and efficient receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, have exceptional interpersonal skills and be well organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments and services.
- Keep accurate records of customer information.
- Schedule appointments and services for customers.
- Answering calls as well as tending to voicemails and emails.
- Recieving and processing payments from customers.
- Handling the beginning intake for new clients and addressing any concerns.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
