We are currently hiring a Line Supervisor to join our team. You will be working at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot located in Point Loma. The Arc of San Diego provides food and sanitation services serving up to 15000 meals per day, 365 days per year. You will model person-centered support by facilitating a positive work environment, developing success strategies, and opportunities designed to promote a safe and meaningful life for all individuals receiving services.

The pay range for this position is $18.39 to $18.39.
Schedule will be Thursday – Monday, 11 am – 7:30 pm.
Who you are:
- Supervisor in the food service industry.

A typical day will include:
- Supervising Mess Attendants on:
- Cleaning and sanitizing the mess hall, the common areas and loading docks.
- Serving food.
- Training new employees on proper procedure and ensuring completion of work.
- Translating employer needs to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 1+ years of direct supervisory experience in the food service industry.
- Ability to move 50lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to uniform standards.
We’d love it if you:
- Have previous experience as a Job Coach
- Are bilingual - English/Spanish
- Have 6 months’ experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
