Salon Receptionist

Capelli Salon is seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented person who is able to multitask.

Previous receptionist experience is a must.

Hours are Monday 10am- 5pm, Tuesday - Friday 9am - 2pm (or until 5 if looking for full time) 23-40 hours available per week

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide information to clients about salon services and products
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell salon products and services
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations

• Please note that this is not a remote position. The Salon Receptionist will be required to work on-site at our salon location.
