Shift Supervisor - Cannabis

Stachs LLC is a subsidiary of Eaze Technologies and supports the operations of a network of cannabis delivery, manufacturing & distribution facilities. Eaze, our technology arm, supports the cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products.

Job Description

Stachs Shift Supervisors (SS) support a depot operation serving as the logistics & execution arm for an on-demand cannabis delivery marketplace. Shift Supervisors are responsible for supporting daily depot & delivery needs by tasking across live operations (monitoring Eaze’s liveops dashboard and/or picking/packing orders), driver management (training, timesheets), and inventory assistance). Stachs Shift Supervisors report to a Stachs Depot Manager who is responsible for overall management of the depot.

Stachs Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

Live Operations:

● Monitor live operations dashboard to ensure depot is providing an excellent customer experience, maximizing revenue, and minimizing costs

● Check drivers in / out

● Pick & pack orders

● Process and record daily cash intake, noting discrepancies to management

Drivers:

● Support new driver training

● Support driver scheduling timesheet reviews

Inventory:

● Support inventory receiving/ inventory team

● Assist with Inventory cycle counts

Misc:

● Additional projects as time permits, as needed.

Education & Experience:

● Retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment

● Cannabis industry experience is a plus

● 21+ years of age

● Experience with point of sale software suites

● Microsoft Office competency

● Open availability preferred, must be able to work some evenings and weekends, holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $19.10 per hour
