Whom We Are Seeking
We are a premier upscale beauty and wellness brand in need of an exceptional guest relations coordinator.
This position reports directly to the guest relation supervisor and works closely with her to build the brand, connect the stylists with customers, both new and existing, to provide exceptional and consistent experiences.

- You also must be guest service-centric. Meaning your overall function is to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience flow are occurring on a daily basis smoothly and effectively.

- You also must be coachable and open to learning and dedicated to your growth as a team player and person.

Overall Responsibilities
- Answering phones and assisting guests with reservations in an articulate and professional manner.
- Following all J. Walker verbiage while communicating with all guests.
- Assisting guests in hanging their coats and serving beverages.
- Monitoring the salon email and responding or forwarding appropriately.
- Handling of financial transactions with the guests.
- Educating guests on our promotions, memberships, and packages.
- Knowledge of all retail products.
- Assisting service providers in rebooking their guest's next appointment.
- Tracking of guest special orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Experience Zenoti system or other salon and spa booking software strongly preferred.
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry or any other guest service-oriented industry.
- Computer skills - word, excel, PowerPoint with ability to learn salon software systems.
- Experience with sales/merchandising is a plus as well as basic knowledge of how to post on social media.
- College degree preferred but not required.
This will be a salary position based on education and experience. Full and part-time positions are available as well as competitive pay structure and employee benefits.
