We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing emails. Ex/ records requests, prescription approvals, pet insurance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• familiarity with Cornerstone a plus
