Form of workAssurant has a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce Application Architect (for mobile and web application development team) who can lead the team from architectural and technology delivery perspective of the next generation of customer facing applications for Assurant. The ideal candidate must have at experience of defining and leading technology roadmaps and architecture of large-scale application leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud & Salesforce Community Portal
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Understand business and delivery priorities and define technology / architectural roadmap and solution.
- Demonstrate deep insight and lead team in adopting and implementing technology/industry best practices.
- Lead design, design reviews, code reviews, technical delivery.
- Participate in cross functional discussion and address strategic technology aspects.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience as Application Architect in Salesforce
- 8+ years of IT and over 5 years of Salesforce.com Development experience
- 5+ years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
- 5+ years of Apex Coding experience
- 4+ years working in an Agile development environment.
- 5+ years coding in other languages (.NET, C#, JAVA, nodejs, javascript etc)
- Certified Salesforce.com Developer
- Good working knowledge of REST, XML & JSON, MuleSoft (or any other integration platform)
- Understanding and preferably hands on experience of AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Preferably good understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Github, Azure DevOps..

Pay Range:
$99,200.00 - $165,600.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
