Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Salesforce System Administrator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent college graduates with a strong foundation in computer science or a related field, eager to take on the challenge of leading Salesforce implementation projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects, focusing on initial setup and complex integrations with third-party systems via custom APIs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve system functionalities, address technical challenges, and enhance user experience.
• Document processes, policies, and configurations, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in API coding, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Preferred: Experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Java is beneficial.
• Salesforce experience is a plus, with the expectation to pass the Salesforce Admin exam within the first 30 days of employment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
