Location: Boca Raton, FL

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (Based on experience and qualifications)

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce administration, with experience in managing Salesforce instances, optimizing workflows, and supporting sales teams. Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce instance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings.
• Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization, including creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and technology departments to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users, troubleshooting issues and assisting with best practices.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and new features, evaluating their potential impact on our organization.
• Work closely with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce best practices.
