Salesforce Senior Administrator

We're on the hunt for a Salesforce Administrator savant that is excited to work on our SalesForce CPQ and Billing custom integrations within our products. With the "startup" culture environment, you will have autonomy to take on key projects and work hand in hand with our SVP of Business Intelligence.

It's an opportunity to shape and deliver robust applications that perfectly meet our business needs, all while working with a fast-paced, dedicated team of innovators.

What you'll do:

• Be a Salesforce Virtuoso: From designing to configuring, testing to deploying, you'll be our maestro of Salesforce.com functionality. Plus, you'll administer and support Salesforce.com like a pro, managing user setup, profiles, roles, and much more. In addition, since our billing is setup through CPQ and Salesforce Billing, we have created a custom integration within our free trial product (instead.com) that will need your help optimizing and building for!
• Write the Manual: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that'll guide us on everything from processes and policies to configurations and user guides.
• Craft Custom Workflows: Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows that ensure our operations run as smoothly as a well-oiled machine.
• Test the Waters: You're our safety net, performing intermediate user testing, developing test plans, creating user test cases, and scheduling testers.
• Champion Data Quality: An audit from you is like a breath of fresh air - you'll maintain impeccable data quality, keeping us focused on what matters.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: You're our eyes on the tech horizon, staying up-to-date with the latest releases and improvements in Salesforce and AppExchange.

Bonus (we'll teach if you don't have experience):

• Become a Systems Whisperer: You'll administer and support our core systems, including (but not limited to) Salesforce, Jira, Okta, Zoom, and GSuite, ensuring they're always running smoothly and efficiently.
• Serve Up Stellar Support: Whether it's hardware, software, or an OS issue, you're on it. With first-class helpdesk support, you'll keep us up and running and always ready to tackle the next big thing.
• Guard the Gates: Conducting regular security and process audits, you'll ensure we're always in line with SOC II and other compliance standards. We sleep better at night knowing you've got our digital backs.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Working knowledge of dynamic dashboards and report builder
• Experience working in Lightning Apps, Process Automation, Integrations, Users (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles), Fields, and Objects.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
• Experience with Salesforce change management
• Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams.
• Release & environment management (i.e.: deployments).
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other business applications preferred
• Deep understanding of SALESFORCE CPQ and working knowledge of SALESFORCE Billing
• Must have familiarity with Apex

Preferred Certifications/Ranks:

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Experience with SOC II and other compliance programs
• Experience with Salesforce Billing Administration
• Experience with antivirus, threat detection and MDM solutions
• Proficiency with Salesforce Apex
• Proficiency with Windows, MacOS and Linux systems
