Responsibilities:
Hiring Salary up to $95k.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage user access and permissions, profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and proficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working closely with technical support teams and Salesforce representatives when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including case management, knowledge management, entitlements, and service console.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including Apex and Visualforce development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
