Job description

We Level Up Behavioral Health Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator, Call Tracking Metrics expert & Developer to join our organization. In this role, you will work closely with our team to optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform while integrating it with external systems and tools such as the Google Ads API, Call Tracking Metrics offline conversion tracking along with paid and organic cookie tracking for returning users and to enhance attribution. Your expertise in Salesforce administration, development, and integration will play a vital role in supporting our behavioral health treatment centers' operations and improving our marketing strategies.

To be successful, you’ll need to be a hands-on initiative taker. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, working collaboratively internally and with vendor partners. If you like working with others to develop a strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to implement that strategy, we’re probably a good fit.

Work collaboratively with our management team, marketers, project managers, and others to execute small and large-scale projects. Your creativity and input will help make the websites come to life through interactivity and application of best practices.

Help drive technical website projects from conception to release in service of achieving company goals, including bolstering enrollment and supporting retention. This role also places heavy emphasis on deploying and supporting a wide range of mission critical front-end websites, with particular emphasis on innovation of new digital website experiences and establishing sound operations to ensure timely maintenance of essential content. Must have experience with:

  • API development with Integration Experience with Google Ads / CTM / Salesforce Experience
  • Cookie tracking development for return paid vs organic users along with campaign attribution.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration: Set up, customize, and maintain the Salesforce CRM to align with evolving business needs. Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM system to meet organizational requirements. Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings to provide appropriate access levels. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflow rules, validation rules, and process builders. Design and maintain page layouts, record types, and related lists. Monitor data quality, perform data migrations, and manage data integration between Salesforce and other systems.

Salesforce Development: Develop and implement custom reporting, patient billing system, email lists and campaigns plus lead gen dashboards and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using best practices. Design and implement workflow rules, validation rules, and process builders to automate tasks and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Write efficient code, perform unit testing, and ensure code quality through proper documentation and version control.

System Integration: Utilize the Google Ads API to integrate Salesforce with Google Ads for campaign tracking and reporting. Implement Call Tracking Metrics offline conversion tracking in Salesforce to capture call-related conversions accurately. Set up integrations and develop workflows to automate data synchronization and streamline processes. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and ensure data accuracy.

Call Tracking Metrics Development: Develop and maintain the call tracking system using Call Tracking Metrics platform. Configure and customize call routing, recording, and Salesforce triggers and analytics features based on business needs. Implement and manage phone number assignments and tracking configurations. Design and develop call data extraction and processing workflows.

Integration with Google Ads API: Utilize the Google Ads API to integrate Call Tracking Metrics with Google Ads for offline conversion tracking. Develop and implement the necessary API workflows to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of conversions. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues and ensure data consistency.

System Optimization and Enhancements: Monitor and analyze call tracking system performance, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement. Continuously assess the system for potential improvements and functionality upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions. Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies related to call tracking and marketing analytics.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, conduct thorough testing of new features and enhancements. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the call tracking system through rigorous quality assurance processes. Debug and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve them.

Documentation and Training: Document system configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure proper knowledge sharing and information accessibility. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize the call tracking system.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components development.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce API integrations, specifically experience with the Google Ads API and Call Tracking Metrics offline conversion tracking.

- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools).

- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer

- 1 year experience with Asana or similar Project Management tool.

- Google Ads: 2 years offline conversion tracking via Salesforce

- VMWare: 1 year (Preferred), Google Apps, Google Drive

- Competency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, FTP, SSH, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services

- Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.

- UI/UX, user experience design experience.

- Ability to pass required background check.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
