About the Job

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Director of Global Sales Operations. Together they will manage our Salesforce environment and enhance the platform’s functionality to meet the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, activations, de-activations, role assignments, profile updates, and permission assignments
• Identify and gather ongoing requirements from users and stakeholders
• Manage and resolve user support tickets
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes including, but not limited to, flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
• Create process documentation
• Troubleshoot SSO, two-factor authentication and certificate challenges
• Support the deployment and maintenance of email campaigns, workflows, approval processes, access privileges and data alignment with other company systems
• Perform daily and weekly checks and balances pertaining to data reconciliation

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce platforms
• Growth-oriented problem solver who can create and scale a Salesforce environment to support company growth
• Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance
• Effective at driving multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
• Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented
• Ability to take initiative, highly organized, technically proficient and can work in a fast paced environment
