MRA The Management Association is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the multiple business lines of MRA and the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and user adoption.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of comparable work experience required.
- Salesforce Admin Certification required and up to date.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Salesforce Administrator will provide day-to-day support of Salesforce, including user administration, system configuration, report, and dashboard design; as well as delivery of training, configuration, maintenance, and support required to ensure information is effectively used in decision-making and operations. This position will also be responsible for supporting the documentation of business rules/requirements for new and existing applications and assisting in the development process.
