We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce professional to join our team as a Service Cloud & Experience Cloud Administrator. In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining and administrating our Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Experience Clouds. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to leverage the capabilities of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and optimized workflows across the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Service Cloud:
- Design, configure, and customize Service Cloud to meet the specific needs of our service organization.
- Implement automation workflows and processes to streamline customer service operations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other self-service resources.
- Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Field Service Lightning:
- Develop custom FSL components and functionality to enhance field service operations.
- Integrate FSL with other Salesforce applications and external systems.
- Configure dispatch rules and optimize scheduling processes.
- Develop mobile solutions for field technicians to improve productivity and efficiency.
Experience Cloud:
- Design and develop engaging customer portals and communities on Experience Cloud.
- Integrate Experience Cloud with Service Cloud and other Salesforce applications.
- Personalize the customer experience based on individual needs and preferences.
- Track and analyze user engagement data to optimize website performance.
Sales & Marketing Cloud:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the Salesforce platform and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools, such as Boomi
- Experience with Salesforce reporting tools, such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Power BI
- Experience with Salesforce API integrations
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (PCDP) certifications
